Marina Dennis

childdogs MI live in the new house on the croft. My own family has been in the Highlands since before the 12th century and I have a strong interest in our traditions and culture.

I run the croft and hill farm which carries a herd of beef cattle and a flock of blackface sheep. In addition to this, I carry out several public appointments including being a Commissioner of the Crofters Commission.

I have a strong interest and knowledge of the local heritage and culture and am happy to share that knowledge with visitors to the cottage.

The Speyside Way walking route and the Sustrans Cycle Route run within three miles of Inchdryne.

The nearest village, Nethy Bridge, is three miles distance and has post office, general store, butcher, Sunday papers and hotels. Grantown-on-Spey has many excellent shops plus three banks, health centre and dentist.

Limited public transport is available from Nethy Bridge.

Aviemore is the nearest railway station and Inverness is the nearest airport.

Please don’t hesitate to ask for further information on the house or the area.

Pets are welcome but please contact me first.
